Late last year, friend of Talisman Island, Ed Fik sent me some images of his clever storage solution for the Revised 4th Edition of Talisman, which I promptly put into a folder for putting on the site, and immediately forgot about. Hopefully, this will make up for it as it is a great idea and one that is pretty easy to replicate.
He is using a CHS-40 record bag from Chauvet DJ which would normally be used for toting lighting and other bits and pieces around for DJing, which of course makes them just the right size for carrying the large Talisman boxes and a bunch of other stuff for the game!

All is revealed! The Blood Moon box is for the larger minis | The Highland box contains all of the small cards in homemade trays
The Dungeon box holds all of the boards and rules | The City box has all of the large cards and most tokens and counters

Ed was lucky enough to find his bag on eBay, but if you look through the manufacturer’s website, it will link you to various sellers that stock the DJ bags.
Have you got a novel solution for storing your game? Let me know and I’ll try to get it on the site for others to see!
