Prospero is now available for Horus Heresy on all platforms

In a bit of a surprise move, Nomad Games have released a previously unannounced expansion for Talisman: The Horus Heresy on Steam, iOS and Android to coincide with the latest release from Games Workshop this weekend for Warhammer 40,000The Horus Heresy: Burning of Prospero!

Magnus the Red and Ahriman of the traitorous Thousand Sons legion will face Leman Russ and Geigor of the fearsome Space Wolves. Along with new Dataslates to encounter in the new region, there are brand new Incantation cards to use against your foes. You can also play as a Librarian, allied to any legion you desire!

Now that there is an extra expansion to consider, it might be worth your time to look at getting hold of a Season Pass for the game to save a little money in the long run.

If you are a fan of other board game conversions to a digital platform, you might be interested to hear that the Nomads recently released an early access version of AEG‘s Smash Up on Steam, which is absolutely free to play with the first three decks of cards.

If you want to have the full experience of nine decks you can buy the Starter Pack, which is currently on offer! iOS and Android versions of the game will come out once the game is officially released.
